"So then, if we can’t tell you exactly what genre it is, and we can’t tell you exactly what format it is, let us tell you what we do know about Sinatra; It is completely fucking ace."

Kept awake by the dead of night turned opaque by a lack of light - I don't like it that much, have I grown tired? stay there a matter of hours. And I Surmise a lack of you in my life, are you coming round tonight? Can't offer a design, so far, so far, but offer up a heart. To my surprise they cheer cos we're together, have they no style? stay here a matter of hours And everything is right, your silhouette's so fine, Sinatra had his time, some time! some time! Lets dance until we die - dissolve into the night, come fly with me and stay there a matter of time. Stay awake for a little while, cannot wait just to see you smile, I've never felt like this now, know you no pride? Stay here a matter of hours and I surmise what to love and disguise, I hope you're staying here tonight? And everything's so right for Strangers in the night, Sinatra had his time, some time! some time! Come fly with me tonight, dissolve into the light, your silhouette's so bright, so fine! so fine! Lets dance until we die - dissolve into the night, Sinatra had his time, some time! some time! Now everything's so right for strangers of the night, come fly with me and stay there a matter of hours. A matter of hours. © 2010 Seldom Party

Good To Me 03:27
You came here on a whim and talked to me, offered me ashes voluntarily. I saw you were alone and sidled by, unbridled by knowledge and half as shy. A token of the past at once benign. "The carriage awaits, sir", all in good time. I've written your plans on the back of my hand. I know it's too soon, Long Live You! It's not right, sure feels good to me. that's not right, sure feels good to me. Held back from a kiss to day. Someone please abuse me. don't know why, Opportunity. This ends now, and the sooner the better or we'll run out of time. I don't hold the key, Nor does (s)he. That's not right, sure feels good to me. © 2010 Seldom Party

I Am A Diva 03:01
Save me from myself, I can’t impress this on anybody else, I’ll hurt myself, til you are you, if you exist! So tell me you want me. Tell me you need me. Just tell me you want me, just tell me you’ll love me forever. I am a diva, lost and perceived by many to be at one with my senses, coerced, relieved and somewhat defenceless, come on and tell me who will return my love? I AM A DIVA LOST AND PERCEIVED BY MANY AS AN UNTOUCHABLE LADY. COME ON SOMEBODY, STAND UP, RETURN MY LOVE. How long must my love wait? When will you accept me? And tell me you love me (I’m telling you), tell me you love me (I’m telling you). I am a diva, lost and perceived by many to be at one with my senses, coerced, relieved and somewhat defenceless, come on and tell me who would return this love? I am a ranger, lone and endangered, looking for love but somewhat impatient, virile but rough and don’t want to face it. No one beside me - I will return your love. I AM A RANGER, ALONE AND IN DANGER, LOOKING FOR LOVE BUT NO-ONE WILL EVER PICK UP THE PHONE, ATTEMPT TO RETURN MY LOVE!!! © 2011 Seldom Party

Will you stand against the rope, raise your hand and take a vote. For or against, the hapless relent, with consequences greater than you think. As two of us reside, the rest of us divide apart - you laugh as that's impossible. As that's impossible, you raise your glass instead, place the hatchet in my head and turn. The very smile that got me here, the very smile that interfered with every odd decision made - well worth the wait as I am caught at last - I turn to Gold. And now I am unstoppable, you laugh as that's impossible. As that's impossible, you raise your glass against me. Against me again. Well who am I to represent? Who am I to upend? Who am I to overturn? Now I turn to Gold and I've become unstoppable. Your laugh becomes hysterical. The rope's too close to hold, but still you won't.  You won't let go. The Commons' sense a world apart, it's with a heavy heart I turn against me. Against me again. I turn to raise my hand. © 2010 Seldom Party

I Will Sing 04:00
I should take off my shirt and replace with your hands, I want you to feel how I feel. Off with my head, now replace it with yours, I want you to see this, to see this coming. Help me out and let me in through the creases of your skin, through a kiss we will begin And I will sing. Undo my voice and replace with your own, I want you to hear what I hear. Under the stage there’s a bed for the weary, I want you to be there, to be there for me. Help me out and let me in through the creases of your skin, through a kiss we will begin And I will sing. © 2011 Seldom Party

Dance with me, slow while the walls and floorboards creak. Sit with me, watch - as I haunt the candles breath. Put my heart out. Put my heart out. Dance with me, flail to the creakings of the room. Follow me, silently, eyes and lanterns loom. (If you) play my piano, I will be home. Home. Now I’m gone, stay with me, Edinburgh my home. Haunt your heart out. Haunt your fire out. Dance. © 2011 Seldom Party

If you listen you can hear the lover wake and wake he does, you can hear the woman cuss - Into the night and on for a year, undone by a sympathetic ear, out of the veil, and the ordinary. It's a cautionary tale from my Literary Kingdom - one that I could do without. It's a cautionary tale - one that I forgot to mention, one that rung true as I tell. Go! Step back from yourself put down the knife, the sole disguise that I don't want to mess with. Go! Listen to yourself, these walls are thinner than you first surmised and I want to wake up with my head held high - that's if we wake at all! If you listen you can hear the weapon drawn make out the lover scorn glass against the wall... in time to witness a crime committed what if she heard me in haste, obsurbly My heart is racing the time she's facing these lines we're drawing are mighty blurry. This is a message to myself, This is a lesson I would rather have gone without. This is the leverage I wouldn't have lived without. This is the lesson that I'd rather have gone without. It's a cautionary tale from my Literary Kingdom - one that I was forced to tell. It's a cautionary tale - one that I forgot to mention, I want you to live without. (break a wing don't fly) It's a cautionary tale from my literary Kingdom - one that I was forced to tell. (break a wing don't fly) It's a cautionary tale from my literary Kingdom - from my throne it could end well! (break a wing don't fly) © 2011 Seldom Party

I told the world that I loved you but it wasn’t interested, it turned away and returned in unison: “SHUT UP KID, YOUR LOVE IS DEAD” well who killed her? I will not rest until the culprit’s found, I’ll track ‘em and I’ll tear them down, and wrestle to a bloody grave, the fuckers that have stole my babe. And on their stones I will inscribe the fate by which the buried died and rest a flower on the soil, a toke to seldom toil I told the world that I loved you but it wasn’t interested, it turned away and resigned in unison. HEADSTONES STOOD WHERE LOVERS SHOULD. Where they should be. © 2011 Seldom Party
